Hakuna Matata : Take no worries
Do you worry a lot? Of course. It's easy and free. Plus, we got so much time. Does it have any advantage? No. Disadvantage? Lots of. We sometimes think about stuff that doesn't even matter to us. Worrying makes us anxious, problematic, sceptical and lessens our confidence. It follows mental illness like stress, depression, dementia, hyperactivity disorder and physical pain as well. So there are some small steps by which we can easily worry less.
Good schedule :
Having a good life routine not only impacts your health positively but eradicates mental pressures too. When you wake up, eat, drink, sleep at the same time you make a healthy bond with your atmosphere which leads to a worry free habit and soon, a lifestyle.
Read a book:
Reading a good book of your liking genre makes you stress free and your vibes, positive. It also increases vocabulary skills and let you be well spoken. So it's like 'Ice On The Cake'. You can also watch some feel good movies and series if you aren't a book person. Trust me, it helps.
Tell someone/ write down:
Speaking or writing your problems can solve upto 80% of it. Make some good friends who really care for you, get rid of ultimate bitches.
Get a distraction:
The secret of not worrying about a specific thing is worrying about a different thing lmao. Think of something that makes you cheerful, a happy memory. Daydream about what you want to become :) Professional much?
Act like Joey :
Haha! This is my favourite one. Remember, the one where Monica asks Joey how don't you care and Joey replies like this '🤷🏻♂️'. Exactly!! Be light, care less.
Don't Google it :
Yikes! You heard it right. Google exaggerates and doubles our problems. Say NO to Google when you feel puzzled.
Take a nap/ Eat something good:
Well well well. I don't need to say much about it. Having your favourite food takes away all your worries in no time while taking a nap helps you forget why you were worried at the first place. Fair enough! :-)
HAKUNA MATATA : NOT A SIMBA STORY
There were two men living in a nutshell close to a river. One day, the weather was on it's worst and it rained heavily. One of the men went to collect the ripe bananas which they had grown in their farm while the other man waited beside the river worrying that it may blow his home. Eventually the rain stopped and the home stood unaffected. Even if the flood could damage the home, they couldn't have done anything. But the only thing they could do is getting the ripe bananas which the worrying man ignored and faced a loss.
" Our thoughts result in our actions. We can't control our actions, but thoughts."
